Jackson Fury Youth Player Registration

All new and returning players must be registered online! Before starting the online registration process, parents and players must complete several requirements and prepare the necessary documents to be uploaded. Acceptable file formats are Adobe Acrobat pdf and Picture formats. NOTE: File sizes for any document uploads must be less than 5 MB! If you experience a problem uploading a file, then it is almost certainly too large.

• REGISTRATION DOCUMENT PREPARATION
  • COLOR PICTURE
    (Required)
    A current, color picture of the player with content similar to a driver's license or school photo. Only the player's face and shoulders will appear on their team's league roster. The picture must be color!
  • PROOF OF AGE
    (Required)
    A scanned or photographed copy of a birth certificate issued by the health department or a state is required. Please note hospital certificates are not accepted. Alternate forms for proof of age that are accepted include a copy of a passport or a driver's license. Please download the instructions, scan in the appropriate document, and upload it during the online registration.
  
  
  
• NEW 2026 PLAYER UNIFORM Jackson Fury has partnered with SOCCER.COM to supply all players with the new club uniform that is being introduced for the Fall 2026 season. All players must purchase and wear this new club uniform for league games. Parents will be emailed instructions when the player has been registered and added to the Jackson Fury Soccer Club store at SOCCER.COM. The club uniform includes two jerseys with the club logo and a player number, shorts, and socks. The complete uniform costs $102.21 and this cost is not included in the Jackson Fury seasonal program fees.
  
  
  
• PAYMENT All player registrations require a credit or debit card payment for the full session fee as detailed below. After the registration deadline, a $25.00 late registration fee applies to all registrations. ALL player fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after the open registration deadline closes on June 19. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be made for any reason including injury and illness. New players, particularly new players in middle school are encouraged to try a Jackson Fury practice session before parents complete the registration and pay the fees. Additional fees will apply to eligible players invited to participate on Jackson Fury premier level teams.
