2004 Avon Lake Father's Day Tournament 
Jackson Fury U11 Champions

The Jackson Fury U11 Team started the tournament with a come-from-behind tie against the Westlake Eagles and then defeated bracket opponents Westlake Magic and Broadview Heights Rockers to advance to the U11 Championship match. In the final game, they defeated the Avon Lake Panthers 3-1 to earn the championship trophy.
